Just got the mail. This time I didn't expect mine because I didn't do very very much. This year onwards I'm going to publish articles too. Here before I said the same thing more than couple of times but this time at-least I have more than couple of articles in my drafts. Last year I have started an article for Android competition but after seeing the floods of articles at that time I just paused that one to make it better & different one(I know it's long time). And I have started a guide to save authorities but it'll take some time because I'm planning that as a bigger one.
OK now on MVPs .... Apart from regulars, I did expect few guys & they got the titles
@BillWoodruff - QA. I remember that last year PO'H did expect him
@RichardDeeming - I liked his forum posts always

if give a choice where either you can get better salary (8-10% more) or better quality of work. which will you chose.
I am currently working company which pays more and have got offer from competitor where work is much better.Had a talk about work with my current manager and he told "We are unable to utilize your full potential and only research team have work which can utilize you full but there is no opening as per now. but we can try 2-3 months down the line"
So what should i do...?Make the switch or wait and see what happens after 2-3 months.

If I am at your place i will choose better quality of work with good working environment, and if you working long in same company its has more advantages then disadvantages if management is good
