The comment just reference the account, which hardly could be anything but spam pointing at the commercial telecom site.

Sergey, when reporting something, please don't do the mistake of promoting his/her spam
I mean, post the "ID_Number" Url to the profile and the search results list. But it is not a good idea to post the link of what they are spamming. You are helping them for free.
I recommend you to edit your post and delete the link. Besides the guy have been nuked (he was reported previously)
