Without saying too much, I think that a fair number of the (honest) answers would be "yes"... (Not from me, because I live in a country where we can afford the ridiculously high license costs, but all the same, I would be highly surprised if everybody in this community said "no")

Some of the technical books cannot be found here. If I order them the cost of the shipment will double its value and it will take forever to get here, if it even comes here....
