Are such contributions of the class, that we can nuke directly?

Err, it doesn't target Indians in general. His comment is about a particular company that is based in India, and some of their employees have been attempting to pass off plagiarised content as their own. At no stage does he state that it's a general problem with Indians. Perhaps you might want to offer valid proof that he said this.

I can confirm that the member was referring to a specific company based on previous conversations about that company. They (the company) include the word "India" in their profile name. I can also confirm that several employees of that company have been abusing the site...usually in the form of plagiarised articles

It reads 'certain Indian company', and company here means 'business' and not 'associates'...

Just to add to what the others have said: the spammer I was referring to in that case had set his location as "India" as well. I don't believe that my comment was (or could easily) be taken as referring to Indians (or any other country or ethnic group) in general, but if you feel it was then I can only apologise.

There's a difference between wondering if it's someone from a company and deducing it. The original post includes references to wondering whether it is, or if it's someone else. That may seem a semantic issue, but it is important because it relates to perceptions.

He was complaining about a company and the practice of many of its employees. Even other emplyees are agree with all of us and say that's is a bad practice.
In OG's message he refers to a certain company and most of his employees. Nothing to do with the rest of the country. Please read it another time slower.

If there's one thing that's almost as bad as racism, it's using the term racist without justification. Next time you want to use the R word, I suggest that you look for some real evidence.
I am certain that you would find absolutely none from this member who has done more for this community than most. I'd be less irritated with you if you had posted a retraction.

I'm not convinced - his other article[^] has about the same ones, and that's 5 years old.
There isn't anything in his bio which says he is connected with the product, and if he was spamming for Siemens I'd expect to see it more often than once every five years.
I think he's just a user who really likes it!
Probably worth a message to say "drop the links" perhaps, but it's not "kick the member" stuff IMHO.

I reported it as Spam/Abusive. At that time it was showing this question was closed because.....
Now, it shows i have deleted it. Am i missing something? Infact, i have not deleted it.
