Why not use Google and find some serious and in depth reviews of different tablets that are a) available in your home country, and b) in the price range you can afford.

No idea; this is not a question that people here are likely to be able to answer. However, as a rule of thumb it is most unlikely that any development products will have a serious effect on the performance of any system. Performance is dependent on the load placed on the system, and since that is a total unknown it's not possible to give a quantitative answer.

If you're wanting to do development, you really shouldn't consider a tablet. Why not look into a laptop or ultrabook instead?

Microsoft is finally starting to push its Surface Pro as a laptop replacement, which is what it's always been and most people don't realize. I've always believed that had they presented it as such from the get-go, sales would be way better than what they are. It's an x86 laptop in tablet form factor.
I have the first-gen Pro, and if you can live with compiling on a Core i5 with 4GB of RAM (which is significantly more powerful than what was commonplace when VS2008 came out), it's perfectly suitable. As for SQL, well, it'll gobble up any amount of memory in any machine if you have the database for it (and you let it run unrestricted), so it's up to you to configure SQL as you wish. The Pro 3 will be available with an i7 with up to 8GB, if you're ready to pay the premium.
I have it hooked up to a regular third-party laptop dock (USB 3)--not Microsoft's--and it's become my primary workstation. I'm using my full-sized keyboard, mouse, three 24" 1920x1200 monitors, external speakers, etc on my desk. I wouldn't necessarily want to code on the go on a 10" 1080p touchscreen, but then, I wouldn't want to code on a one-screen laptop either without a bunch of external displays (I've been spoiled in that way--otherwise I suppose it'd be fine, as long as you also have a decent keyboard such as the Surface's Type keyboard).
One other thing people don't consider about using the Surface Pro as a desktop replacement is that it hardly generates any heat (compared to some of the beasts I've used in the past, which had been keeping my home office ridiculously warm in summer, even with the AC) and for all intents and purposes, it's completely silent.
So in short: If you're looking to do software development, you're not really looking for a tablet, IMO, although the Surface Pro is really an ultrabook disguised as a tablet, which makes it a candidate.
Oh, and just for sh*t and giggles, it also supports HyperV...I have Linux VMs running on my Surface Pro. Try *that* on an iPad or Android toy...

I'm in botheration as it turns out I should have been watching the applications as well as the bairn. Is it possible to get rid of the preserve based spoilage? What I really need is an expert in women top form cleansing.

And its amazingly effective. Unbeknown to me, I sat in a candle-lit bar and the one on the wall behind me dripped all over my jacket on the back of my chair. Ruined I thought, but an iron and some kitchen roll removed every last trace of it.

I am setting up an older eMachines computer for use in my electronics 'Mad Scientist Laboratory'.
It will run Windows 7 and have a number of things installed. ex:
* Firefox (better than IE)
* KiCad (VERY cool electronics/pcb design application. And it's free!)
* LibreOffice (for various things, including a components inventory)
* Python 3.4.1 (Utility scripts)
* Geany (for editing above mentioned scripts)
* PNotes.NET (For notes [duh])
* Foxit Reader (Better than Adobe Reader)
* Cubic Explorer
* PeaZip
Does anyone else here like electronics? If so, what software do you use?
