AutoHotKey should work.
EDIT: It seems they have a different site here[^].

No, that would be too sensible, the kind of stuff written by a company that wants to create a valuable product for the user.
(In this case, a user who pays money, so I'm actually a customer).
But yes, that was my second try. No luck.

You could try First Officer[^] - it's basically a voice recognition application that will respond with pre-recorded keypresses to voice commands.
I wrote it a while back but it basically will allow you to record keystrokes and can repeat them at the recorded speed, so you could record a few page downs with pauses then hack the xml file(I think the profile is saved to an xml file...) to get all the repetitions.
It's so long since I used it that I probably can't help much with it although it should be reasonably intuitive.
If you need the key let me know as I am giving it away for free nowadays(I don't have time for the whole support game...).

Or is Bob in pink ears a bit...disturbing...?
This[^] is the only safe-for-work image I could find to sort-of explain why - a google image search for "pink bunny ears" starts to get a little unsafe fro some netnazi systems...

And I thought my browsing habits were questionable, I get a perfectly safe bunch of people and animals wearing pink bunny ears, fully clothed and decent?

Me too. I didn't realize how boring my browsing habits had become.
