In some things moderation is actually preferred. As a kid the only source of pocket money I had was catching various reptile and selling them to a couple of reptile park, never lost my love of them, spider on the other hand get the thong - no not the that type, you probably call them flip flops.

I grew up in Arizona and I've killed a lot of rattle snakes but never caught them. Looking back I probably could have sold them for venom but as clumsy as I am I probably would have used more anti venom then I would have brought in.

There was a story in SA some years ago of a pup being partly swallowed by a snake. The snake was beaten and the pup, still alive, was freed. The name they gave the pup was slangkos (snake food).

I just encountered a WTF with VS2013. I am working on a code editor kinda based on MonoDevelop and was working on a service when VS said a method was not defined on an interface. I knew I had that interface defined, so I opened the file. The error went away. I closed the interface code file. The error came back.
WTF?

As I was copying code from MonoDevelop to my solution there were other errors that would prevent building (I hadn't copied a lot of things at the time)

I've seen that a number of times. Usually goes away next time you reload the solution.
