Hi.
I want to redirect URLs entered in the browser to a page On PC?
for example when I enter "http://microsoft.com",it redirect to 127.0.0.1:5000/webpage.html and show this page. I want to do this for all website entered.

Install a proxy, and use only that proxy to connect to the outside world.
It's either that or writing your own firewall; A proxy will only be usefull if you own the network, and a virusscanner only if you own the clients. And yes, it might break a lot of websites using SSL, as should be.

How could I solve this task?
Is backpropagation learning algorithm good approach for this?
How to start preprocessing and so on.

I am doing a project on retrieving similar face images from a folder by giving a query face image and but the results are not satisfactory. I taught if I crop the images to its face and then search the results might be better. but I am having trouble in cropping multiple images since a folder might contain multiple images. I need help on that.....?

Going through a folder/directory and selecting multiple files ... in that directory only ... that meet certain criteria is easy to do: [^].
If the folder you wish to search for files contains sub-directories (other folders), then, beginning with .NET 4.0, you can use the Directory.EnumerateFiles method with SearchOption.AllDirectories to recursively search: [^]. If you do not have permission to open any sub-directory, the search will fail.
I am curious: how you are doing cropping now: what algorithm are you using; or, what image editor do you use; or what web-something-or-other are you invoking ?

I first detect the face in an image and then represent it with a rectangle. Then separate the rectangle and remove parts of image other than what is inside the rectangle.

I think knowing how you "select the face" is a key piece of information here: are you doing by using your eyes ... or, is it automated in some way ?

This question is far too vague and generalised to get a good answer. You need to start by defining the data that will be held in the first app and how it will be made available to the second one. And, in turn, how that data will be made available to the third one for display. In reality it sounds like an academic exercise, but we need much more detail.

I'm afraid that that means nothing to me whatsoever.
The picture you reference isn't there - possibly because you can't post images in unmoderated forums on this site - but even with it I'm not sure that I'd understand what you are talking about.
If you need an image (and you probably don't) post it up on DropBox and the post a link to the image.
Then sit back and forget everything you know about your problem. Then read your question. Do you have any idea what you are talking about? Because we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind - we only get exactly what you tell us.
