The W3C documentation[^] suggests that it is allowed:
hh is a two-digit numeral that represents the hour; '24' is permitted if the minutes and seconds represented are zero, and the dateTime value so represented is the first instant of the following day
ISO8601[^] also seems to allow it:
[hh] refers to a zero-padded hour between 00 and 24 (where 24 is only used to denote midnight at the end of a calendar day).

Hello, in applications C# winform .net 4.5, I try to use webcams integrated on tablets Lenovo Thinkpad 2 (under Windows 8.1)
but it does not work...
Webcams are identified but either they do not connect, or the resolution is very bad while the classic webcam USB works perfectly.
Webcams on my tablet are OV2720 and OV8830, there is also one " Intel imaging processor 2300". I tested all that I found on webcams, unsuccessfully...
If somebody has an idea....

Hi, have your driver for webcam installed? for some cases devices are "identified" but not "installed" correctly.

I don't quite follow but it sounds like you just need to convert it from one format to another? The only way is going to be parsing the strings and looking for certain keywords.

Concatinate the query properly, atleast give space before/after double quotes.
4th line of code is wrong I think. Why there're brackets? In your query, there's no brackets. Check the below query( corrected little bit(?) )

creates the following output
select yfrom (select x)
there is missing a space in front of the "from" keyword
It's easiest if you just prepend an "@" sign infront of the whole statement (which enables you to write multiline strings" so no need for string concatenation

Put a space at the end of each line inside the quote marks. Remember, there are no line breaks inside the string you built. The way you have this written now results in this:

It's easy to solve. Look at the resulting string you built since you insisted on using string concatenation to build your query. Chances are really good you put two words together because you forgot to include a space at the end of a string or the beginning of the next.

Hello. I am making a crystal report. i have a member that have three cars. I need to load the informations about the three cars and the informations aboout the member in the crystal report. How can i do that?
the crystal report should look something like this:
