6 Months have passed now and my internship is ending, i kinda feel sad thinking about saying goodbye to my collegues. But i had a great time there and hope i'll come back.
The experience gained in programming and Software Engineering, processes and Quality management during this time is enormous, i learned so much more than during the 4 Semesters i already had.
Although i sometimes thought i'm not ready for the world of working now i would actually prefer to stay with a fixed contract than leaving and continue studying.
Looking back i am proud, the application i wrote and the Basis i built is just a tip of the huge Project i have been assigned to but its a really big Thing for me. The thousands of lines of code, the graphical userinterface i designed, the Problems and difficultys, all this learned me so much 
An unforgettable time for me.
And i have to admit, finding CP, helping me out and making me laugh made this time even better
Edit: I always fail writing Software Engineering correct XD

I can relate to this, although I have 5 months left of a 9 month internship. I agree real world experience is great but there is so much to learn and in this career I don't think we will ever stop studying. And yeah CP is great for all levels of programming.

Most of what you will need to learn has not been invented yet.
Yes this is not a career where you learn everything you will need to know in the first 5 years. That is what attracted me to it in the first place.
After having developed professionally for over 40 years now I am still learning things, most of which was not invented until way after I learned my first development skills. I know it will continue to be like that for the rest of my life. That is what keeps it interesting.

I often wonder, there must be hoards of photographers out there taking pictures of fat people in various configurations (couples, singles). All with their heads out of shot. I doubt they have signed a consent form to have their image used (even with the face removed).
