When I delete my post the Edit·Delete links stay and when I click Edit it redirect me to my deleted message in edit mode and when I click Post message it give me error message that message is no longer available. Same when I try to re-delete it.

as i click on "i have already solved it myself" and give an explanation people started downvoting as i answered on my own question but i tried to explain the situation but downvoting didn't stop? What to do now as sometime Delete question button disapperars? why is this so?

Personally, I would suggest you to ignore the down votes and continue CodeProjecting. 
The delete button should appear as you are the owner. In case it is not appearing, this is an issue. Wait for admins to reply.

Two reasons possibly.
0) You don't have power to delete question
OR
1) Your question has answer(s), by design you can't delete.

As ProgramFox and thatraja have already pointed out the problem, so it is because of the answer added to your question. You can't do anything now.
So, as I suggested earlier, just ignore the down votes.

Before when someone reply to me I receive an email but now nothing I do not receive anything from CP except for the Daily News. |Is it like this now or is there a bug with my account?

All my Email Notifications are enabled and ticked...
Email Notifications
Enable general forum notification emails
Enable article forum notification emails
Enable Quick Answers notification emails

I clicked Save my settings anyway, now try replying to me to check if I receive the email notification.

Simply you could make reply to your message.
BTW Check the option Allow private email replies to this message(above the Post Message button) when you create new message or replying to other messages

Yeah, seems to be a Bug. I tried and failed.
The problem is while updating, it encodes the HTML, so span is shown as plain text.
