This probably has nothing to do with the site and its content at all, I guess.
It probably isn't even about the users of it.
The only reason I see is Blackhat SEO(bump up a search term as quickly and cheap as possible to gain maximum revenue in the shortest possible amount possible where you don't care if the site gets banned from search engines after a few days).
And as a probably well reputated site with quality content I'd assume search engines are indexing codeproject quite often...
