On the QA pages it'd be nice, below the "Top Experts in 24hrs" list, if I could see how close I was to breaking into the "top 5"

I've created an article with a demo zip file. How to add user customized properties to Your Silverlight Control[^]
This morning I created an updated version of the article and zip file that is pending approval.
The problem is that users cannot download the file on the published article.
Is there a way to fix it or do users have to wait for the new version?
