This: Concentration of all the Lessons in Common Win32 Project [^] - if it is a concentration, why does he nned three links back to his site? If this had been a long term member, then that's one thing, but since he joined last week and this is the only thing he has done here it looks like site driving spam to me.

I don't think it's plagiarised: think about it.
Even our thickest Mr McThicky from the Planet Thick-Plagiarist probably won't copy code that has a big sign over it saying "this doesn't work, please help" and call it an article!

I was thinking more along the lines of "10 years and nothing good to contribute" sniffs along the lines of abuse.

His comments are all criticisms, yes. But...I saw no actual abuse there, just a grumpy so-and-so who didn't find exactly what he wanted. It's possible that he upvoted articles he did like without leaving a message - without that information, I don't feel I could "abuse" vote him based on the comments I did look at.
