Widely reported in the UK, the ceiling in the Apollo theatre partially collapsed on the audience during the performance of "The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time".
I dunno about you lot but I must get tickets for it when it reopens again sometime in the new year. If a play is that good that it literally brings the house down, then I want in.

When I am suicidal, I contemplate the infinity of pie.
If you seek to aid everyone that suffers in the galaxy, you will only weaken yourself … and weaken them. It is the internal struggles, when fought and won on their own, that yield the strongest rewards… If you care for others, then dispense with pity and sacrifice and recognize the value in letting them fight their own battles." hi Ravi, if you had to choose where to live between my country & North Korea, what would be your choice?
Honestly, that place frightens me.

I agree that North Korea's dictator is as close to evil as you can get. I was poking fun at his irrational behavior. I'm also aware of Uganda's history of human rights violations. There's no excuse for that.

I agree 100% with that line, but even then the thought of life in north Korea going by the stories that normally come out from there makes me think its fair here.
For example, in Uganda an opposition politician can choose to not attend a national event in protest of some elephanting thing, they can even publicise that protest but at-least most often, they won't have their heads cut-off instantly, at-least they can expect that to happen after a few months thus giving them a chance to celebrate one more christmas christmas .

oh man i just saw that in the news, but i just took heart. do you think we(them) even have the capacity to implement that law. They pass them, lots of them but thats just how they can go, implementation is a different planet.
And in an unrelated event, sorry Maxxx_, i just copied.

Anything that is unrelated to elephants is irrelephant Anonymous ----- The problem with quotes on the internet is that you can never tell if they're genuine Winston Churchill, 1944 ----- I'd just like a chance to prove that money can't make me happy. Me, all the time

Actually it's exactly the opposite. Life (if you can call it that) in North Korea is horrific.
