An interesting one: you'd actually reported yourself, and over the last 18 months accrued enough reports that a report today pushed you over the edge.
Adding a TODO to make reports expire after N months.

Nowhere, AFAIK - You could create a sock-puppet and hit the report button on your original profile, though.

Instead of deactivating account if it was reported only 5 time which is a very lame to do what to do is take reputation in to consideration and deduct from his reputation and when reputation reach zero deactivate him/her.
