Yes its much better to receive a documented bug and how it occurred.
The ever helpful user who just reports it doesn't work! is very helpful in finding the error in the code. It is also hard to self test as you know what the code is supposed to do.
Why is it when you are busy everyone whats it yesterday, But when your not no-one has any work for you?
