That is mass down voting. Well,many members including me faced this and Admins can see who votes for whom. He will make a decision whenever he will come to this post.

Then it will result in unnecessary revenge voting. I am agree that mass down voting is an abuse and it should not be tolerated. Calm down,Admin will look into this.

It's not about that..i am not telling that i want to know that who is down voting me..i don't care..but my point is we should know who is upvoting or downvoting..that's all..

It's not helpful - and it isn't as if points are actually redeemable for money, or food, or a new car. Ignore it - and perhaps try to write questions that don't attract downvotes in future? The ones I looked at to see what you meant were rather "information free", which could account for the downvotes: some members do take exception to "weak" questions and down vote them. 
The only instant messaging I do involves my middle finger.
English doesn't borrow from other languages.
English follows other languages down dark alleys, knocks them over and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.

If everyone knew who was downvoting, then revenge voting would take place. We have seen this happen time and time again where someone thought they were being downvoted by someone else, and they started off downvoting them in revenge.

I got -16 authority downvoted . I checked out the link. But could not find a single place where downvote value was -16. Whats the error
|

That is not how it works. Each vote is weighed based on the reputation of the voter. -16 says that the voter has a low reputation.

I feel that there should be something like if a person down votes a particular answer or a particular article then he/she must compulsorily write the reason for down voting. Hope the admin is keeping note of my point

Do you think you are the only one who as ever asked this? We have debated these points ad-nauseam, and things aren't likely to change soon. The bottom line is - reputation points are pretty much useless, so worrying about them is a complete waste of time.

If you aren't worried about the reputation points, then why was your post above about the -16 points? Your best bet is to just ignore the situation. Once you stop worrying about what idiots think, your life becomes much more pleasant.

I faced similar problem. My answer which was perfect was downvoted. I personally believe that there must be provision to improve our solution or there must be provision wherein we can discuss with the downvoter the reason for his/her downvote

Dammit, you were faster 
People becoming wiser in order to notice the stupid things they did back in the young days. This doesn't mean that they really stop doing those things. Wise people still do stupid things, only on purpose.
