Not even... government is just starting to widely adopt Windows 7. It'll be a long time before that changes... they don't like change.

I work for a large hospital organisation (multiple hospitals across multiple countries).
They are just now moving from XP to Weven (Windows 7) - no plans to move to Weight (Windows 8).
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

Yeah... it's hard for big organizations to move from one OS to another. Think people take that for granted sometimes.
