He provides the 'defused' font as download in the Zip-File of the Tip "Create Stylish Webpage using CSS3 Custom Font[^]" even though the Copyright Notice[^] on the font download page says that this is a bad move. I don't think it was intentional to violate the copyright. He has some other Tips/Tricks which seem quite acceptable. Someone should probably disable/remove the download for this tip and give the author the time to update a version with a font which is free for distribution.
