MSDN Universal is all of the Microsoft O/S versions, support software, and development tools, in all of the languages available.
MSDN Universal is hundreds of CD's that you need a full-time intern (ASOK! Here boy!) to keep organized.
MSDN Universal is an expensive way to get a nice CD carrier for free.
MSDN Universal is the promised land.

I have MSDN Libs (and had a MSDN subscription once), but Universal is out of my reach...

Cost - I only have it becuase my employer pays for it. If I were doign stuff on my own, there'd be no way I could afford that thing!
