This really should allow multiple selections. I do just about all of those on a daily basis, besides the "Building / Fixing stuff", which is an on and off thing for me, and don't do either of "Sports or physical activity" and "Quiet time", except on very rare occasions.

Same here, minus the sport.

I checked other because I did not want to check only one option. I easily do most, if not all, of the choices in my spare time.
What me worry?

Why only one option? Like programmers only do one thing next to programming. And that one thing is probably building/fixing stuff. Out of all those million things to chose from...
For me it's consuming movies and music mostly. I went for music on this one, but I would've ticked them both if possible.
Building/fixing stuff and sports are extra unchecked. Yikes! to both!

Well I do a lot of things in my spare time and I would checked some options if it would have been possible and I think it's the same for the most other here.

not able to tick more than one thing I decided to count everything as "Socialise". Yes - I am not too long in the dev business yet so I still do this odd thing. Kinda. More or less. More less.

If I hadn't used up my one vote on the main choices I would have added, Other: Check email for shipping confirmation on Surface. I don't want to wait until March first!

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I could easily tick 9 of those ten boxes and I suspect just about everybody else code get at least 5.
My cat would get 4 or more!
Restricting it to a single choice just makes it worthless statistically.

I think most cats should score at least a 6:
Sports or physical activity (participating): Hunt the mouse, etc
Music (consume or create): Nightly Yowl
Games (board, video, physical - anything): Trip the human
Food (consume or create): Your food, especially on sushi night.
Socialise: Pet me (or else)!
Quiet time: The other 23 hours a day

Plus:
Movies / TV / Live shows He watches the TV, particularly if there are fish or birds on it.
Building / Fixing stuff He fixes stuff to his satisfaction. We call it "shredded".
Read (non-coding stuff) He likes to lie on books, papers etc. and absorb the text through his fur.
Other Oh god yes. He produces more "other" than any creature I know...

I code unconsciously, especially if it involves a particularly persistent problem. I'll be playing a video game or doing some non-coding activity. Then all of a sudden I have an epiphany and immediately stop what I am doing to test my theory. Sometimes to the detriment of my plasma television.

I've always loved the Breatharians, but my understanding is that the cult died out. . But if you had a look at my keyboard, you'd realize that one doesn't need to eat while not working.

It would have been nice to have the options in checkbox format.

Seconded.
There's more than one thing you can do when done with coding. And I don't take into account multitasking (listening to music while exercising... )
