No add-ins installed, hit Ctrl+F5 and used the "clear all browsing data..." tool to clear up everything.
Also tried in incognito mode but nothing worked.
Web01/02/04 if that matters.

Same on IE 9.0.8112... Pinning changes the pin to yellow-on-blue, but doesn't actually pin anything
(They won't let me install Chrome at work  )

Might I recommend that the text in the Date column in the Rep. History be aligned as such (similar to Points column):

It appears that for the last few days, the solitary point for reporting a spam message has evaporated. We still get 0 points for the (implied) downvote, but not the accompanying singleton for reporting...

No problem. Points or not hasn't and won't change my behaviour - naughtytrader's monkey sunshine and his ilk will continue to get smacked down when I see them. [Besides, a rep whore would find more profitable streets to walk...]
The reason I raised it is the possibility* of it being an unintended side effect of some other change. It's not as though there is a rep entry "reported ... 0 points". There is nothing at all (for the reporting). Or maybe the hamsters forgot to update the table[^].
* The possibility reminded me of an occasion in days of yore when I worked in the EFT industry. A certain card issuer decided to do a short term special on double 'loyalty' points. A pity it had the side effect of doubling some transaction fees. The special ran for about a week; unwinding the mess took 'em months.

There's a limit to the number of points you can earn per day. In looking at your rep listing I see:
5 Organiser Report object
So you're definitely getting points for reporting.

Found this today, haven't checked all of the feeds, though suppose that it would affect all of them.

The RSS feed contains the original post's text, yet the Web Dev sub-forum displays "Message Automatically Removed"

Needs a little touch up to the blurb at the top. It starts with a double 'The' for example. Also 'Post your Best, your worst,'. Should Best be capitalised and if so shouldn't worst be capitalised too.
