It was called "Lounge" which made sense when it got installed long ago, as the list was empty; simply clicking it yielded access to the Lounge. And then items got added, making the title a poorer and poorer choice each time something got added. And recently the Insider got moved above the Lounge item and created a lot of commotion I never understood, as clicking the main title still was the fastest way to get to the Lounge; it still is. And now the title has changed. And it still violates the MS guideline that states the Help menu should be rightmost.
