I (and everyone) would like the quality of the questions to be improved and a variation on this suggestion has been discussed (but of course I've been looking and can't find the link!). However, asking members to list sites will result in (as others have said) asfg.com. There's also the case where a question is asking an opinion from CodeProject members specifically which means no previous search has, or needed to be done.
Solutions must ensure that things stay easy for those who try, and guide (or even block) those who simply don't care. I'm more than happy to have less questions (and less page views, less load) and better questions than lots of junk.

Can we upload power point presentations by any way? If there is no feature like this what could be the reason?

I doubt anybody is going to want to view a powerpoint presentation instead of reading an article.

Even if they did want to watch a slideshow; PDF is far more platform independent than PPT.

A supportive PPT should be fine, hosted from Scribd or Zoho Show. But the actual applicability w.r.t. Cp Tos or Article Guidelines, I am leaving it Article Mentors/Experts to comment upon.

All seems normal indeed, however those are views versus time graphs, I think he'd like to have downloads versus time information as well.

There are some articles with download statistic while some don't. I would like to see this fixed because I like to know how many people downloaded my source code.

I cannot say for sure, but the best thing is just keep contributing and when you do eventually earn the right you will see a Report Member red flag at the bottom right of the member profile you are wanting to report.
On another note.......do you not think the whole "Chuck Norris" thing has been done before, and maybe you can find your own handle, or here is an idea, why not just use your name

Not always true - I use OriginalGriff because when I joined Griff, TheGriff, Griffin, TheGriffin, PaulGriffin, etc., were all taken.
Since I couldn't get my real name, I used the closest I could get.
