am trying to encrypt a web.config file using the following command i am getting the error like below:
"Illegal characters in path"
aspnet_regiis.exe -pef "connection
Strings" "D:\Password Encryption\DPAPITestWeb\DPAPITestWeb\" prov "DataProtection
ConfigurationProvider"
web.config section has been provided below :

could encrypt this in different machine. But only this issue arrises on my machine

I got an article , does it says IIS 6.0 cannot encrypt and IIS 5.1 Can encrypt?

Hi all, it been a while I am trying to make the gridView Itemtemplate Button even to work. I am not able to do so. There is no way I can make the button click even to fire.

I have two radio buttons with Autopostback=true. I see that in purely random cases the autopostback-ability misses out. I confirmed this from FireBug where it showed the onClick event was not emitted.
Whilst I observed in debugger the control did have Autopostback true all along. How do you then try to identify where it misses out the autopostbacking ability?
Funniest Resolution. If one of the checkbox has CHECKED=TRUE in the markup, then the code onClick does not emit.

Hi,
I am using xsd dataadapter to connect oracle databse in my ASP.NET web application.
Query Eg. Select * from Parameter_master where param_type='%'|| :Param_type || '%'
I my web application, if Param_type='Dynamic', sql query is executed successfully but as Param_type='Dynamic' it failes. gives error('ORA 01489: string concatenation too long').
But for both Param_type(Static/dynamic) query is executed successfully using 'PL/SQL developer'.
I stucked here as not getting any clue.
Please guide me to resolve the issue.

The value in the :Param_type parameter is something more than just 'static' or 'dynamic'. Try printing its value using DBMS_OUTPUT and you'll know what is causing the problem.

i created a master page in this 3 menus employee,dept,class.
so when i clik on employee then emp from will be loaded in this first name,last name,dept name,class name nd joining date nd a table in grid view.3 button add,delete and clear.so when i clik on add the data added but i want to refresh the page so i want this without refresh the page.when i click on add it will be immediately add on grid view table.
