I'm pretty sure the compiler is going to be silly about it and not optimize it (edit: that is to say, the nested switches) at all, but I would suggest this:
C#
int all = intSelectorA | intSelectorB | intSelectorC | intSelectorD;

switch (all)
{
    case 0:
        return "!A!B!C!D";
    ....
    case 15:
        return "ABCD";
}
