Hi,
I'm using CDO to send mail via my ASP application. My client has reported that whenever they try to access the application within their internal network, they don't receive any mail that they send via the application but it they access it outside their network, they get the mail.
Can anyone please advise me on this?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me. We have a number of websites running on our server and the IIS process was causing high CPU. To narrow this down we put each website in to its own app_pool to help identify the website. We now know which website is causing the problem however we don't know what part of the site is causing it. This could be down to the coding etc.
Is there any tool I could run/install to help identify the code or area of the site causing the problem?
Any help would be much appreciated. As a temp fix we are recycling the app_pool every couple of hours to keep it down.

Well, I think you're getting closer, but this forum is about hosting services; companies that will host your website, and servers that will run your website.
What you want is probably the "Web Development" forum, or maybe the ASP.Net forum if that's what you're using.

Use the traacing for identified website and see, which chunk of code is taking more time, if it is anyway related to a bad code.

You should do it yourself:
Get a VM software like Microsoft VPC, VMWare Workstation,... and then start from a scratch creating one that will fit your needs.
Of course you'll have to pay (in some cases) the Virtual Machine software and then you'll have to pay (if you don't have a MSDN subscription that would allow you to download the operating system you need) for the operating system itself... after that it is extremely easy to set up a VM.
You'll be able to get tech support from the guys at the support dept on the VM software, Microsoft or here...

I think they're not making fun of you. What they are trying to imply is you can't simply download a vhd image from any torrent or file uploading site. You need to buy the software. Its illegal to do use pirated ones. Imagine yourself being one who sells software, you would not want your product be pirated, do you?

Anyway, like other people have said you can't just download a VM image of a windows operating system as you need to pay for a license. If you have a copy of the OS you want lying around on disc then you can install it yourself onto a VM, if you don't have a copy on disc then you'll have to download the image from somewhere. In both cases you will still need a license to activate windows, unless your happy with the time limited trial.

You have a license, so it doesn't matter how you obtain the copy.
I'd go to torrentz.eu and use their excellent search facility.

What is the minimum server configuration to keep a site like codeproject running for 50,000 simultaneous users.
Nos of procs for the windows server and nos of procs for the Sql Database server and amount of Ram.
