While answering one of the question in Q&A today, I came across this article: Rating Demystified: Ajax Way, Amazon Way*[^]
It looked good and I wanted to vote for it. I found the article was not completely visible. Bottom half was cut-off and the voting-bar + message forum is missing. Looks like some HTML issue in it. Can someone look into it?

Would it be okay if I put your MVP image on my developer portfolio website? And if so, do you have any requirements for how I use it (e.g., only link back to CP or host it on my website, don't resize it, etc.)? I'm thinking of adding an "awards and education" section to my site and showing the CP MVP image would be of great use to me.

You're right, we need some terms of use.
For now stick to the rule: if you're an MVP you're welcome to use the CodePRoject MVP logo to identify yourself as a CodeProject MVP for the year that you are MVP. The logo cannot be used to endorse any service or product other than the MVP competition and its winners. These terms are subject to change, and maybe also to an actual lawyer reviewing them.
I reckon that covers it.

In Thread View in the Lounge, the last thread (Strange and Scary Call) appears to be expanded. Is that a bug?

I'm not seeing that. If, however, you are linking directly to a message in the forums while in threadview, the thread that message is in will be expanded so you can actually see it.
The last column is Msgs in the thread, not view count. Sorry.

Using IE7 on Vista/64:
When I hover over a comment, the various action icons show up, but they overlay the text (bacause the div doesn't rearrange itself when the icons show up), and it's hard to find the one you want to click on (plus, it just plain looks sloppy). I realize you do this because some folks down have the rights to delete/edit comments, but wouldn't it be better to put something there that's ALWAYS there which causes a drop-down (on mouse hover) instead of stuff that magically appears? I was thinking along the lines of a box that contains the wqord "Actions", or if you're into the icon thing, a cyan-coloroed arrow that points to the right and down. This would allow the dive to remain unaltered when the user hovers the mouse over the action text/icon.

I've gone back and forth on that one a lot and I agree it looks a little crap. However, I don't want buttons everywhere making things even more cluttered.

Then how about just creating a separate/empty div to the right of the comment and have the buttons appear in that instead of overlaying the div where the comment lives?

That's 40-50 pixels used up, then.
I can
1. make the background of the hover-over buttons white.
2. make them appear and push all the text out of the way (which can look truly awful due to row resizing).
3. Place them under the comment (optionally: only appearing on mouse hover)
4. Have a fixed "Actions" dropdown menu in each comment.
Option 3 is my fave.

Make a clear "Community Article" section for non-programming related community type stuff. Don't add the points to the Author Table, but to debator instead (which is really a adds-to-the-community-in-a-non-programming-way score anyhow).
Sorry if the Scrapbook meets these suggestions (first I've seen of it). But I think Fat-Boy is right about non-programming articles creeping in, it could be the thin edge of the wedge, especialy as it has now been highlighted. I also that DD does contribute a huge amount to the social side of things, which it is important and needs to be recognised too.
