The links at the top of the page (Ask a Question, All Questions, My Post, etc) get lost visually at the top of the screen. The user's focus is on the questions, and it takes too long to visually locate the links. I think (and this is just my opinion) they would be more visible if you made them equal-sized buttons.

I'm trying to remove clutter and I agree that those should probably not be something that get cleaned up into the background. I'll tweak.

Chris,
There are a few areas in the site, where functionality and features are a bit jumbled and mixed up.
At present you have the Green menu bar, what I was thinking was having a second one (lighter green) that is context relevant to the things you are looking at, and appears below the main green one e.g.
For Articles section, you could have ask a question, layout (Fluid/Fixed), bookmark, report, print etc.
For Question section, submit, edit, report etc.
For membership, Different setting sections etc, password change.

We've discussed this and it's a good idea except that you are then mixing a dropdown menu with a horizontal menu. ie The green nav bar has Articles, QA etc, and these top level items have dropdowns under them. If you attached a secondary navbar to each of these things then that top level item is doing a lot of lifting.
There's also the issue that there isn't a member item in the nav bar, and I wouldn't put bookmark and print in the Article bar - it would be mixing up actions and navigation even worse.

Can CP allow options to plug into RSS feeds (although I know this could create all sorts of different problems too)?
There was this talk (on the Indian forum) on reading cricket scores directly into CP.....especially with the World cup starting soon.
There are some sites that offer RSS feed updates on scores...now if we could plug that in somehow, people could get live score updates in the Indian forum itself.
Just wondering!
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

Not sure what the exact goal is, but if you mean a periodic update (say once an hour) where a new thread is posted in the Indian forum with the current score in the subject line, that can be automated programmatically. No need for the site itself to support it.
But personally, I don't see a need for this since whenever a game's on, people post about it on a near overly basis anyway

I did not find it. Wouldn't such a section be beneficial to the beginners and the experienced alike?
I needed a starter's web service book for myself and had asked about that in web development section but didn't get anything. I am disappointed.

Thanks for the attempt Raja but that didn't help me. I feel a list of books recommended by CP elites, MVPs etc as a sticky either in a separate book section where book related questions may be asked or in every relevant forum would be of great help.

(SO's?) OpenID (implementation?) is too user hostile for the average spammer to figure out?
(I've never used OpenID outside of the StackExchange platform, so I'm not sure how to apportion blame, other than to say that only a hardcore geek could ever consider it fit to inflict on the rest of the web.)
