Following code does not handle columns that start with + e.g.
'+923339933886' is not rendered well(some kind of charmap characters shown).
here is what it shows.(꺻퍎)

Hi, I think you should set the encoding to UTF-8.

I am using Asp.net and ajax tool kit 3.0.30.
WHen i dynamically add TabPanels in Tabcontainer control it loads and displays fine.But when i try to change Tab it gives javascript error "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values". I have searched that problem and come to know that there is problem in ajaxtoolkit so i have updated the source code of ajax tool kit according to informtin given in "http://siderite.blogspot.com/2007/07/fixing-tabcontainer-to-work-with.html". But problem is still i have to recreate Tabs at page load.Is it not possible for tabcontainer to maintain its view state and i have not to dynamically add tabs on page load again ?(When Page post back).
I am using tab container in Usercontrol.

Hi all ,
I come today with other problem ..
I am developing a web project which has two phases (English,andArabic).
The english phase works well. The problem in the arabic one which appears in strange letters .
The strange in the matter is that the arabic project works good in localhost but when upload it to the server it appears as strange symbols.
I added the line below and the problem still .

Use UTF-8 Encoding technique to your web-page to display it in multi-lingual.
Use NvarChar Datatype to store the data in Arabic to display it properly.
And make sure of font installed correctly to be displayed correctly.
Wait for some time I am going to write article on all the stuff I described in detail.

I have a dropdown menu coded like this:

And I've added this function to the page:

If I put a breakpoint at "lang" it is ALWAYS Nothing. But if I change the browser's default language to Spanish, then the page displays stuff in Spanish as expected.
So what's wrong? What more do I need? The video doesn't say anything about adding a function to handle changing the dropdown list, so I didn't make one.

use
DropDownList1.SelectedValue
i did not look at that video, but if you want the value of the selected item on the dropdown you should use the selectedValue property of the dropdown.

If I use DropDownLanguage.SelectedValue then I get a NullReferenceException right away.
So I tried it this way:
