Usually getting errors with an HRESULT is from when you are doing InterOp with non .Net code. Is there anything else you can tell us about the code?

May be you are right.
Actually I am using rackspace cloud storage and It needs .net 3.5 framework,
Though I am using VS 2008 at my local PC but hosting server .net 2.0 is used.
and it runs fine there on hosting server also. after 1-2 days it gives this error.
One more thing my Local IIS server is also using asp 2.0 version but it never gives error like this.
Any clue?

Your test and development environments should always match the production environment in terms of framework version and IIS version. But aside from that you didn't say anything about the code. What does the code do? Does it always crash on the same page? Can you figure out what line or at least what method is cauing the error?

Since error comes on server, I am not able to get the exact line or page but once this error comes, it starts showing on all pages.
but funny thing is that when server stops and starts again, it start working fine again.
(I just renamed the web.config so site stop working and then undo renaming to start the server, and site starts working fine)

Use Html2Pdf[^] for converting .ASPX to .PDF.
Or you want to go programmatic ?

I'm developing a website that is multi language. Which is the best way (fastest and easiest) to design site? for example Make several site in different langs or bind controls to db and read the values from db or ... . What do you suggest and why?

Fastest and easiest are relative terms.
Applications are typically localized by using resource files for visual elements such as controls and images. Content is stored in database tables keyed with the local id and all data access would use the current local ID from the browser or however the languages are switched in your application.

I think there is no need to store the static data in DB, create the language specific resource files and call same at run time while change the language selection.All javascript's alert messages should also reside in respective resorce files.

I am using a master page and few child pages... I have my common meta tags placed in the master page but i have special tags for every child page? where can I place it or how can I do it?

Either you put your meta tags in Content Page or set your meta tags dynamically. Create a public property in your masterpage for meta tags, set it from content pages and add it dynamically.

Simply place a content place holder in the head section of your master page. Then on your child pages go to design view and select header placeholder and choose custom contents and then provide your child related meta tags in there.

but that doesn't answer the question how to calculate.. it just says the impression is missing when using database? but is it actually calculated?

I am using this to display CollapsiblePanelExtender but it's not working ad I dont know why? there is no error and it workes when i set the Collapsed to True or False but not working when I run and want the user to click ro Collapsed or Expand?
