Firstly, remove the duplicate question you have asked here. Probably by mistake, you have posted the same thing twice. Remove it before someone replies it.

Since you are using 3rd party hosted webservice, you need to find the one that suits you. Words like 'perfect' and 'complete' should be defined by you here.

Get more webservices that does the same, and pick the one that is useful. Might be you can use multiple ones, have Yahoo has default and if you don't find your city in it then try other one.

When i run my program with the help of IE its work but when i used mozilla firefox it generates the error

You have not explained anything on what you were trying to do. Posting the error isn't enough. There can be multiple reasons for the same.

Further, it's already quite confusing about the error as you say it's browser dependant and you didn't said anything related to Javascript error here.

Dear Guys,

I am developing a website to upload the videos. I am using file storage to save the video.After saving the file a thumpnail image will be created from the video. Everything goes fine if the video size upto 10 MB.. but above 10 MB the uploaded file size becomes 0.

What could be the reason..

Check the maxRequestLength in the config file.

"One negative with increasing the size of a file that can be uploaded is that there are hackers out there who attack servers by throwing a large number of requests at them. To guard against this, you can actually decrease the size of the files that are allowed to be uploaded; otherwise, you may find hundreds or even thousands of 10 MB requests hitting your server."

For now, the first error in your code is - you have not put the insertCommand string in double quotes!
If you read forum guidelines properly, posting your code/question correctly would get you expected response.

Update your question, format it correctly, post error if you face it after using 'double quotes' around insert command string.

One more thing, do try to define the Parameter type as DateTime (assuming database too has a defined Datetime field)

Asking for code is not the right way to post.

For signout, you don't need to create anything. You just need an event where you clear out all login related details such that one cannot log back in after doing a signout (until user re-logins!)
