You can add titlebar=yes, so it will add titlebar to the window.

hi mates,

i'm a newbiew here in asp.net forum, i would like to ask.
how to put a place holder for login status in a masterpage?

i have already implemented the placeholder for pages. if my question is not clear, please see the snapshot.

I have a ASP.NET Captcha control that i am using on my site. This control runs correctly when i run the project from VS. I am using VS2008. However when i run the project from IIS the Captcha image does not show. What causes this type of behaviour?

The image is auto generated.. its not a static image.

both have image path. if you are using firebug, check image with Inspect Element. you can get image path.

Hi All,

I have a web page that shows all contacts and its running fine.

When user doen not activity for some time and after that user clicks the button to download records, its shows message:
Validation of viewstate MAC failed

I not getting where this problem arise and what to do to solve.

One imp thing, after being inactive for some time when I logout and then log in then its works fine.

I assume it can be session timeout problem, but dont know how to deal with it.

Any Suggestions is appreciated

Looks like adding the code below on the web.config fix the issue.

<<pages enableEventValidation="false" viewStateEncryptionMode="Never">

I do not found any way to catch exception. I surfed many sites and forums but
no one is giving any solution to catch the exception, rather to set properties
of page tag.
