Hi,
I am referncing a Amazon S3 web service, We have access key and secret key.
I want to put a file in the bucket, buckets are created thro' UI
AmazonS3.PutObjectResult myResult = amazonwsObject.PutObjectInline(BucketName, secretKey, metadata, Filedata, contentLength, null, AmazonS3.StorageClass.STANDARD, True, APIKey, GetTimeStamp(DateTime.Now), True, sign, null)
I am using Following method to calculate Signature:

I could able to see all the buckets created using the same signing method using ListAllBuckets method.
But for putObjectInline method , I am getting soap Exception "Signatures are not matching"
Can anyone please, help me

It depends on your host how you get files uploaded. Simply copying the files to the appropriate virtual directory may be enough.

First publish your web site,then generate script of your database.
Create your database on your host machine.
Copy your files to appropriate virtual directory.

But I do not know what to write in "Data Source" in web.config, for local computer I had written "localhost" but do not know what to write for web server.

i am try to do in web application is there any posible to operate using keyboard keys in web app.
For Ex- i created one textbox in .aspx just after run it if i click to textbox and press to f2 keyboard key then i need to open new page. is it posible to do in web application.

Yes you can do. You can catch the keypress event of keyword from javascript and can take action accordingly.
But there are limitation in using javascript, you need to check with your requirement

i have ued the following code

Use while instead if condition:

That won't help him, he's got the data in a blob, so looping through the db reader is only going to advance records in his dataset.

Have you set the content type of your response to the mime type of PDF?

hi one way is u keep a button make it style display =none and in the click event u write the code which has to be executed when it is click.and the other thing is simple just call the button click event through javascript where ever u want .eb:document.getelementbyid('button').click();

You can use AutoCompleteExtender ajax control
Also u can have a webservice to fetch the records from the DB
it has "ServicePath" attribute where u provide the path of the WebService
and "ServiceMethod" attribute takes the webmethod name which fetches the value from DB and displays
it so u don't have to worry about handling blur events etc..

and the above needs to be changed to
<nameID>1</nameID>

and the first xml which needs to be convert is very huge please let me know any feasible solution...

You're pretty much stuck. If the XML is organised into groups of nodes, such as;
<test>
<nameID></nameID>
....
</test>
Then you could write something to rename nodes 2 - 6 in each grouping. If the entire document though is nameID nodes, you're either going to have to through it all by hand and set the nodes up (not like a search and replace will help you) or you're going to have to add some organisation so that you can perform something similar to my first suggestion.

I'd like to do something as Google translate, but is more simple than google translate, and is somehow like an online webproxy. it should contain the following function descriptions:
1. get all text nodes from a web page
2. do some changes to the text nodes which is the result of the first step
3. put the changes back to original web page
4. display the changed web page again.
for example, i do some change to www.bing.com, i'd like to do things as follow:
1. get the webcontent of www.bing.com with WebRequest, let's assume the result is as below:

<span>Pictures</span>
.....
<img src="/aa.gif" />
<input type="text" />
<input type="submit" value="Search" />

2.changed web page content is as below:
