What specifically are you looking for. If you haven't found anything useful googling, no one is going to be able to give you a better answer without knowing more about what you are looking for. How are you planning to use this? What exact task are you trying to accomplish? What code do you have already, and what are you stuck on?

Did you do a search - there are tons of links available on the internet.

Here is one such sample on CP. This uses DirectX.

Why did you push 'answer' to ask a question ? There's a comment button for that. What is wrong with this sample ? If you can't understand it, what makes you think you could understand others ?

There are lot of samples of recording sound from mic ,but not waveout

To record the sound that comes out of the PC, you need to feed it back in to the PC, AFAIK.
