How do we convert a data from database into XMLfile using asp.net with vb.net
i dont now such idea plzz send code also.

You can use DataSet[^] to load your database and after that you can call DataSet.WriteXml[^] method.

use Query From database Which gives to XML String.
For Example:

Which gives out put like

You probably have to post this message to OP, too.
Your suggestion is good in case we want to save only data as XML.
But if we want to save entire database, including schema information except data, then DataSet.WriteXml method is very handy.

my code is,

when i click login button it will check in the database by c# code.
if its true means Login_Result will return "1". Otherwise it will return "0".
if Login_Result is "1", I have call call a new form main.aspx. How to do this?

Is it in c# or vb?
If its c# , then
why don't you write your code on the on click event?

I have a checkbox in a datagrid and when i check the items and press addbutton i need to add all the checked rows value into hidden field.the add button calls the function readData() on client side.
the code was working fine with IE but it was not woking with mozilla

I need to first find my check box and if the check box is checked then i need to get the InnerText.
I got the solution for the above.
Modified the function as below.

I have developed one internal web application having login credentials page with images.
main problem is that, the images are not loaded in login page. after login, in other page the same images are loading. i used I.E 8.and Firefox3. in both browsers not loaded the images.
we are using skinid.
below code is written like this
<asp:image runat="server" imageurl="~/App_Themes/Default/Images/myimage_beta.png" skinid="HeaderImage">;

If u want to load before login into the application means, first check the web.config file has the '<deny>' property. To resolve this u must include <allow> property for the corresponding page(that is, if u load the images only after login means the .css file load successfully only after getting the credentials ). Try this! It may useful!

It might be you have used Forms Authentication in your application.
Put another Web.config file in your Images folder and remove the Authentication from that file.

Hi
Check the text is a valid url with regular expression, if valid then render the text with "<a href='textvalue'>textvalue</a>' tag.

I am having the Aspx page in which button is there in update panel.when i click the button i have to display a message in messagebox.For that i am using class which is in seperate project.

I am calling this class in my Web page.On button click i am calling this class methd which is showing the message box.Code for button click

but it is not working.If i register the script on same web page then it is working fine or if i put button outside the updatepanel then it is working properly.
Is that any solution to register javascript on webpage through class? please reply..........
