I gave you everything you needed to do your own research and have a working concept in one or two hours (assuming you know nothing of WMI).
All you need are the classes in the System.Management namespace (covered in the MSDN documentation), the WMI Win32_Process class (a little Google goes a long way here), and some curiosity, imagination, and time. Anything beyond that is spoon feeding you the answers, and I'm not going to do you that injustice.

FYI: you can run PHP code on your local Windows machine, all it takes is a package such as XAMPP[^]. That is what I use to develop and test my web site.

I only read code that is properly formatted, adding PRE tags is the easiest way to obtain that. All Toronto weekends should be extremely wet until we get it automated in regular forums, not just QA.

thanks but...unfortunately, this is not the case...
i am a web developer and have a lot more experience than i have in C#...
i already have an apache server with a mysql database and php installed on my local machine, along with other tools but this project is meant to be run from any machine like a normal program, without the need of additional software installed,other than .net framework...
i have the possibility to use the advantage of server-side scripting,as this does not need the actual host of the program to own any other software packages.

This depends upon what you are doing, and where the text is coming from.

In COM port I receive a continuos fast flow of data (100 sentences at second). For each sentence, i need to write this sentence and make several calculations. If i disable the write metod, all operate in real time ... but if i write, after a few minutes, the processed sentences is not the real sended to a com port (not work in real time)..Alex

Your reply makes no sense. There are various way of writing to a text file, and you haven't shown what you're using or why you need something faster.

Let me ask a few questions:
1) 100 sentences (how big?)
2) you asked for a fast method of writing to file, and in your explanation you tell us, that after a few minutes the processed data are not written to the COM port? file? where?
3) if you only need to write the file, WHY should it slow down after a few minutes? I´ve written terabytes of data to disk, an it was always fast, even after hours/days ... maybe an error in your writing/calculation logic?

This in no way means that the problem is with writing to the file.
WIthout seeing your code, it's impossible to tell you where it's going wrong.

I'm trying to implement selection of outgoing IP address in HttpWebRequest.. I've found this piece of code:

Everything is ok but only for the first time. When I create the second HttpWebRequest to the same uri, Bind(...) is not called. Is there any workaround?

The recorded voices will not do you any good. You'd have to create your own phonem library, and I haven't seen anyone do it, nor have I found any examples.
With the voices you have, if they are recordings of specific phrases, a text to speech engine won't do you any good. You'd have to write your own code to string these phrases together, possibly simply by just playing them in the correct order.
