My problem is that.
i m sending cmgs command
AT+CMGS="+91986857485"<cr>
than it return ">"
here process is stop without completing the last command.
when again i want to communicate starting from sending AT command.
its return here also > instead of OK.
i want when i stop the process or whether start new process its start from initial.
so i want to reset this.
please help me for this.

I don't see this command in the modem command set anywhere. I suggest you follow the link I gave you earlier, or consult the documentation for your modem to see what is the correct format.txtspeak is the realm of 9 year old children, not developers. Christian Graus

It's waiting for you to enter the data to send. That's what the > prompt means. Enter the data then use ^Z to end the input. It should then execute the command, display a return status and return to the waiting for next command state

I am using visual Studio 2008 .net for creating c++ application on windowsXP but now I have to migrate our project in Linux.
Can u Please suggest me that which enviorement is suitable and professional to run application in Linux.
I saw on Internet and they suggest "Use the Visual Studio .NET IDE and Grasshopper to Deploy .NET Apps on Linux!" I hv no idea abt even GrassHopper and Is tht much for professionals?
Please suggest me something so I can proceed.

Such a self-contradictory post. Are you writing a C++ program or a .NET program (No, C++/CLI does not count as C++). If you're using C++, you could use one of the many cross-platform IDEs available.

By providing that link, I'm assuming that you've written portable code. For example, if you've used something like MFC, it is not portable to another OS. You should have used C++ and any of those libraries that are cross-platform.
If you're using C++/CLI, post your query in the C++/CLI forum.

If you are still interested in the .Net framework, i think Monodevelop is a good idea.

Hello!
I have an older C++ application that uses the Word.Application object to create and open a Word document from a template.
I have installed my application on a new server running Windows server 2008 (32bit) and now the Word-connection gives me trubble, Word starts an instance but no document is created and I recieve the error:
5151 Word was unable to read this document. It may be corrupt. Try one or more of the following:
* Open and Repair the file.
* Open the file with the Text Recovery converter.
The application works fine when I run it on my computor (XP 32bit) as well as on a Win 2008 64bit server (and various Win 2003 32-bit servers). I think there is some problem when creating and loading the Normal.dotm-file but there is no problem opening the template in Word nor opening the Normal.dotm-file that is created.
I tried Repair as well as uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2007.
Any ideas?

From what I can tell there is no connection to a specific version of Word. The same version of Word is running on the server where I get the error as on my computer and on the other server where I don't get the error...

By the way - the application can create and open Excel-documents without problems on the same server and the application is run interactively by a logged on user. After placing a number of printouts down in the class using the Word.Application objekt I found out that the error occured doing Documents.Add(@"\\path\OurTemplate"), there seems to be some filetype association missing on the server which is in place on the other servers where the same code works fine. Changing to Documents.Add(@"\\path\OurTemplate.dot"), i.e. explicitly specifying the file suffix solved the problem. Why the suffix was not supplier from the begining I can't say - this code was written long before my time here...

More than enough I would say.
If not, you need to change you're UI design.
Anyway that will also depend on how many columns you're going to have.
The index is stored as an integer.
So you definitely cannot store more items than the capacity of an integer variable.

If we look at the MSDN details of LVM_INSERTITEM message, the item index is a zero-based integer value. So, I guess List control is designed to support up to INT_MAX + 1 items.
