I dont really need the Edit and Delete Row.What I need is to add a text box Netx to each entry record on a Grid.

Lets Say for instance a gridview has one column and has three rows od data showing on the form.

CR_Cli
777777 ---- I need a textbox 1
88888 ---- textbox 2
8888 ------ Textbox 3 etcc.....

after each entry on a Gridview i need a blank text box Next to it.

Can you please advice on this one?

Thanks so Much for your help.The condition is every time a new record is being added to a gridview a corrsponding textbox should be created.

The page refreshes every few seconds to see data coming through.When the grid gets three record for instance we need to have a corresponding three textbox to leave a comment about each entry.

The textbox shouldnt be a databind control.

By Default Keep the gridview column as textbox and then in pageload change the textbox in template field to label and add the data..!
I didnt tried but i think it will hellp u.

HI all,
I'm working with crystal report.i have generated report successfully by using dataset.In that i have few columns that populates True Or False value.
the thing is i want to set one image(say red colour) if the value is 'true' and another image(say green colour) if it is 'false'.. how can i do this, In using crystalreport in web appliction....
I know that there is some way to set the ' if- else' condition, But i don't know how to do it.
Please help me..

just right-click to the "picture-field" and click format object,
then click general and check suspend.

after that, press the x-2 button and write the a formel like that in it:

if ({myBoolField} = true) then<br />
    false <br />
else<br />
    true;

that means:
if myBoolField = true don't suspend the "picture-field", else suspend the "picture-field"

hello

i'm looking for some help for the following problem.

i developed a asp.net 2.0 multilanguage webpage using localization with resource-files (FR and EN content).
all of my aspx - pages are in the same folder but i want that the search engines detect the text of both languages.

to solve that problem i atteched the Intelligencia.UrlRewriter.dll from www.urlrewritingnet.com to my project.

later i've implement the following rule in my web.config file to make the french-content visible for the search engines

<rewrite name="rule1" url="^/(.*)/(.*)/fr/(.*).aspx" to="/$1/$2/$3.aspx"></rewrite>

that means, if someone enters directly:
www.mypage.com/folder1/folder2/fr/default.aspx
it will be rewritten to:
www.mypage.com/folder1/folder2/default.aspx

is that enough to make the french-content visible for the search engines ?

and...

how can i redirect or rewrite from
www.mypage.com
to
www.mypage.com/folder1/folder2/fr/default.aspx ,
if anybody enters the website and uses fr-FR as the default browser-language ?

How can i solve that ?

Hi,

I'm using a Winword control,which is used to load the word document into it.It basically works only for the Windows applications.
Now i have changed winword control as ActiveX control,which can be used in web applications and i have done it.
The problem is it works in IE7 and raising exceptions for IE8

Please suggest if you have any idea on this

there is a dll that written by visual basic 6 and i have a aps.net 1.1 web service project , i need reference the dll into the web service project and call its methods.

Hi All,

I am working in Asp.Net 2.0 by code behind C#.Net. I want to show my report in crystal report (VS 2005). My report is getting opened, but, I could not get effect on page navigator symbol/ export symbol. If I click at the Next Page symbol, my page gets blank. The same thing is happening if I click any symbol of Business Objects. More over, at the top of the report, I am getting msg called "Object reference is not set to an instance" Pls help me to over come from this problem. Thanks in adv.

I am developing a web application, where i want to give freedom of changing style elements of css linked to a page via an admin screen. So I am wondering is there any way I can load CSS file into a C# object or into XML passable formate and update it from the admin screen inputs?

I must give freedom to user to choose style elements such as height, color, font, font style etc. I will provide a default style elements which user can customize himself. So I will be having a default css file, elements of which I want to populate over the web form and user can change the element values. When he clicks on Finish/Save, I want to save these new values in to the same CSS file. Any idea how can I achieve this??
