OK,
First you need to download the windows media encoder. I use version 9
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5691ba02-e496-465a-bba9-b2f1182cdf24&displaylang=en.
Once you download it and install, run it from the start menu. The dialogs are straight ahead.
You will be broadcasting a live event from your server. Pick your device from the device options menu. I use Broadcast Method = pull from...
Pick a port (I use 2009. URL for Internet = http://192.you.fil.lin:port# or choose a lan connection or both. I use multiple rates.
Once you have it working and you can see your broadcast at the server. Let me know and I can give direction on the ASP.net end of it.

Writing a C compiler is not a simple piece of work: it can be done in C#, and the actual lexical / parser / code generator design is well established. But what it won't let you do is run a program - to do that, you will need a library of back up stuff: Add, subtrcat, multiply, divide, write a character, etc., etc.
It's a big job, probably a couple of man-years, but if you want to try, give google a shot with "how do I write a c compiler" and you will get thousands of hits!If Barbie is so popular, why do you have to buy her friends?

Writing a C compiler is not a simple piece of work.
You also need to write a large amount of background functions that the application written in C and compiled by your compiler need to work.
For example, at the most basic, you must provide a function to write a character on a screen.
Then to write a string.
Then to cope with all the parameters of the "printf" function.
And to add two ints.
And to add two floats.
and to subtract two ints.
etc.
Actually parsing the input is relatively simple, as is code generation, but I think you will have a lot to do to get a C program to run as output by your compiler.

I guess an easier route would actually be to create an intermediate compiler which creates IL (which is effectively what MS did).
I would imagine that converting the parsed code into machine code would be something of an arduous task but creating IL would appear to be a translation between languages - parse the input code, create a parse tree, manipulate this tree so you have a syntax tree and then perform a similar process in reverse to generate the IL.
By concentrating on a limited set of primitive types and operands you could probably get something basic up and running within a few days.Sarchasm : The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person who doesn't get it.

I want "Enter" Key press count fro .doc file. I am using ASCII value of "Enter" Key . But How can I find using stramreader while reading file.
When I read file. when ever I press "Enter" it get "" value for "Enter" Key.
but while reading file if it contains "" value then it can be problem so How can I do this??
Or any other Solution for that?

If this is a .doc file as in a MS Word document, the probably the easiest and safest way is to use Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word which provides a statistics enumeration, which includes Lines and Paragraphs count[^].
If this is your own .doc format, then we would need to see the code you are using to read it, and possibly the code to write it as well. When pasting, use the "code block" widget to preserve the formatting, and the Preview button to check it.

ASCII 13 is not the enter key - it is a CR (or carriage return) character. It indicates that the cursor should move to the left hand side, not that it should start a new line. It may, or may not, be in conjunction with the ASCII LF character depending on the system.
With a .DOC file, there is no guarantee that CR indicates anything, particularly the end of a paragraph as originally requested by the OP. Remember that Word 2007 changed the .DOC file format to an XML based paradigm where CR has no meaning whatsoever! Even before 2007, CR did not delimit a paragraph - see the .DOC file format, available on MSDN for details)You should never use standby on an elephant. Ok I have setup a simple gui for uart. I am trying to light up 4 LEDS thru a MC. LED0 will be 0x01, LED 1, 2, 3 will be 2, 4, 8. Will this send out the appropriate command I am looking for. I have no way to test it until tomorrow because I do not have the hardware with me but was wondering if this would suffice. I do not get any errors or warnings so I am thinking it should. Thanks
