IF you are talking about Your own machine, you can just use System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcesses and point out all the application exe's running on the system. There is a method GetProcesses in the class Process. That will give you list of all the processes running on your computer. From them, you will need to filter out the processes related to the browsers.
