I have searched but have not found a wrapper to read and write Facebook events for .Net.
I don't want to create a Facebook app; I simply need to add the ability to read and write events to a user's Facebook page from my application. In other words, using my app the user will be able to create events that will show up if anyone views that user's Facebook event list.
Anyone have any suggestions? Using .Net 3.5SP1

I've looked at that source before, and it's designed for someone who wants to create apps for facebook. As I noted in my original question, that is not what I'm trying to do. I have no interest in writing anything that shows up in facebook, I simply want my standard .Net app to be able to read and write Facebook calendar events.

Yes, I'm aware of that. If you have a look through the documentation that I linked to, you can see that the same API can be used to access facebook data through a winforms application[^]. EventList class is probably what you're looking for, but if you're sure that you've already tried this then... *shrug*

I am using VS 2008 on a computer with Windows XP Profession. When I deploy an app which works perfectly on this computer to a machine running Windows Vista, I get strange behavior, exceptions, etc. Is there a way to target my build to Vista?

When you do things right, the same code should run on all Windows versions.
Vista offering better protection will force you to be more defensive, e.g. as to where you store writable files.

I want to know hopw can Iorce restart windows using Windows API & C# and make sure no program will stop the process so all programs should be closed and windows must be restarted?

That's a very bad idea; no one wants a computer to shutdown out from under them.
As I recall, there is an API method to display a dialog to ask the user if he wants to shutdown, but I don't remember what it is.

i will wait for the answer from others but come on!! I am not that bad!!
I want to force restart because i have kicthen monitors hungig on the wall and it's very difficult to restart manually because the CPR is not in an accessibale place so I want to restart every day in the off peak time to refresh the memeory and avoid PC problems caused by PC running for many days without restarting.
Just wanted to explain the reason..........

The ExitWindowsEx Function[^] with the EWX_FORCE flag will prevent usermode applications from processing the WM_QUERYENDSESSION or WM_ENDSESSION messages. The downside is that by not sending these messages... the applications will not have a chance to exit cleanly.
