i saw long ago an article here about a setup creator.
but there is was no such thing as the "run time" compilation of code unto an executable module.
the article was merely about an application that packages certain files in an exe by appending them to the end of a pre-existing exe resource and create an exe file that will in turn, ie at its execution, read what was attached to it and copy it to target directories specified in certain meta data.....good luck.
