QuestionArticle Editor: Phantom Edits & Contacting Pin

I've seen the following message a few times (at least 3?) today:
Article is locked for editing by Smitha Vijayan. Lock expires in 13 minutes.

However, only one update has been done to my article (it is on its second version), beyond my initial submission. Is there another reason an editor would need to lock an article for editing? I ask this just out of curiosity, not because it is a bug or anything. I would like to know if something I'm not noticing is being done to my article.

Also, I got an email today that said my article was posted. One of the things it said was:
Please take a moment to review the article to ensure that there are no errors. If there are any problems please let me know.

Notice that it says "please let me know". Who is "me"? The editor listed at the bottom of the email? How would I contact this person? The reply email address is "webmaster@codeproject.com". Will a reply automatically be forwarded to the correct person?

Visual Studio is an excellent GUIIDE.
