Please don't keep re-asking the same question - you've been given plenty of information already.
If you've tried something and it doesn't work, then post a code snippet and somebody might be able to spot what's wrong.
Google provide very good documentation for all of their APIs (which can, unsurprisingly, be found easily enough using Google), and also have support forums of their own that are likely to be able to provide more directed support if you can't figure something out.

Have you asked your question in the google adsense API forums? As I said, they're more likely to give you an answer
However, thinking about what you're asking, I'd imagine the information you want would be commercially sensitive (you want to know what advertisers have paid for which keywords, right?) So you might not have much luck

When it comes to the instalutil.exe - are you sure you opened the Command Prompt with path's set to the VS folders? Open the Command Prompt using the shortcut in the Visual Studio Tools in the start menu.

No, can't figure this out by myself...
I do have some dll's written in c++ which are part of a big project. Now I want to do a C# program that only display functions and parameters from a selected dll dynamically.
Tried some with LoadLibrary but can't get it to work. I won't call the dll code just need the info. Ideas?

For managed C++/CLI code, you could use reflection.
For native C/C++ code, the only way I see is by diving into the DLL file yourself, locating the EXPORTS table and mimicking the DUMPBIN utility (with option /EXPORT).
