For the code I posted, tree.h, parser.h and xmlschemas.h, all from libxml[^].

It's necessary that you understand how to use libxml. There are developer docs[^] and code samples[^] available that cover most things you might want to do with libxml, as well as plenty of tutorials on t'Internet[^].
The code I gave you is sufficient to read an XML file, read a schema and validate the XML file using the schema - what you do with the XML file after that is your problem.

I am trying to embed htmlview into dialog.I used this code below.Application is crashed when window type is child.Not crashing for overlapped or popup. How can ı solve this issue?

You should be using the Web Browser ActiveX control instead of CHtmlView.
Its really very simple.
Place the ActiveX control in the dialog, associate a variable with it and simply call its methods.

Why? Usually you trace in the other direction - "I want to use some_function - what header is it declared in?".
One way to do it, though, would be to pre-process Windows.h. Here's a command-line that does that and uses grep to strip out the (many, many) blank lines (the resulting file still contains almost 65000 lines...). It assumes that I've changed directory to one containing Windows.h, obviously:
cl /TC /EP Windows.h | grep -v "^\s*$" > file_name
You could do a similar thing for winsock2.h

I can't imagine why would anyone need such a list, but you could probably use doxygen[^] to automatically generate this list for you.

In one of my sample console aplicaiton,i found this following code and i shows unhanlled exception in bolded line.
Even i couldnot understand the logic over there.

I have a problem with a project using Visual Studio 2008 / MFC application. I can't edit the dialogs anymore. Any changes like changing position of a dialog component isn't done. It's also not possible to copy a dialog and paste it. Someone also had this and got it fixed?

Has the file become read-only?
If you're using an integrated source control system and checked in your files, Visual Studio doesn't always recognise that it has to check out the file when you're using the dialog editor - you have to either make an edit in the source file or check out manually (I run into this regularly  ).
If you're not using source control, the file might have been set to read-only by something else, so check the permissions on it.

I'm tring from form1 to click on a button to open another form2
ex:Form1:

I have suucesfully created Manifext.xml.
DRMInitEnvironment function fails giving me the error code 0x8004cf19 i.e. E_DRM_BROKEN_CERT_CHAIN.
Following is error trace

I have got the same problem with you and do not know how to fix it.
I have got the word works fine with the ad rms under production mode.
Then I switched the environment to pre-production, now I can get my
machine activated and the user activing works fine as well.
But when it comes to DRMInitEnvironment the broken chain error come up and I do not know what to do.
I have to fix it in three days or something really bad will happen 
If you can give me any kind of help I would appreciate it very very much.

I am using this function in my application. This function is working properly for Win XP (all varients), Vista(all variants including 64bit). But it is returning fatal error (error code 1603) for Win2008 server SP1(64 bit version). Can you help me out for this problem.

I m creating one muti dialog window based application.If Dialog is model then no prob but if any modless dialog is open and i minimize the main window then that dialog remains open on screen.
What should i do to minimize them also on minimize of main window?

May be instead of minimizing, you can hide all the popup windows using the ShowOwnedPopups() function.
