Excel to Mysql?
Looking at your code... Do you mean MySQL to excel?
Easiest way is csv files, which can be opened with excel.

what are the device settings and specifications??
what driver is used?

Is it possible to catch & handle signal SIGKILL?
If yes then how?
If no then why?
I am able to catch & handle some other signals (like SIGTERM, SIGSEGV).

The OS needs a way to kill rogue processes that programmers can't circumvent. Otherwise it would be pretty easy for a programmer to either maliciously or accidentally lock up the OS.

You already posted this question
first install php on your machine and apache, then extract all files to a directory (C:\Test) then run the install script, usually C:\Test\Install\Index.php or something similar.
If you do it straight to a webserver you won't have to worry about php or apache being installed, chances are it already is.
