Oh, I know the answer all right. Do you really think we all haven't had the same homework assignment??
I could write it up in about 15 minutes, but you'd still fail. The problem is coding style. Everyone writes code a bit differently, and mine would make the rest of your code VERY different. I'd also probably be using stuff that you haven't covered in class yet.
This is where you make the initial attempt at it, get stuck, then start asking questions.

Communication over the World Wide Web is unique. You have time to read and re-read the conversation as many times as you want. You can put together a reply, and revise it until it is just right. You can bring together hundreds of sources, and check the phrasing until it reads well. Presumably, you know this, and do this to every post where you want to make a well-thought out point. Now, after going through all of this, what justifies sending verbal abuse to another member, who has proved that he knows the answer by the simple fact that has already used it in many other replies to many other people? If this is the way you react to refusals, then that other forum is welcome to you
The general policy on this site is tough love; if you cannot refactor code yourself, then you need to learn how before moving on to a more advanced lesson. It's like a brain surgeon not knowing how to open the skull, but moving on to rewiring neurons. Would you want him/her working on your brain? It's a similar case when it comes to code

VB.NET is the language the app is written in. It is not the application type. No, you cannot convert a Windows Forms app into a Web App without rewriting at least the user interface layer BY HAND.

Considering that is two characters, the minimum number of bytes you need is two. I think you better get out the programmers documentation on your pin pad and read it again.

I am working on small application in Visual Basic. I have datagridview control that should enable users to add a "Operation" and "Price of operation" into database. I can enter one operation. Because of some reason that operation shows twice in my database. But I need to add about 30 operations,and their prices. For example:
Operation Price
1 450
2 300
3 500
. .
. .
. .
When this is over user should click the button "Save" and save those values in database. I'm working with MS Access database.
So,if anyone can help me...

In the button click event do the following
Create a connection to the access database
loop through each row in the DGV
create an insert query to insert the data from the row into he target table
execute the query on the connection for each row
create a select statement that will retrieve the inserted records from the database
reload the DGV with the selected records
The last 2 steps are not required but I like to be sure the data has been created properly.

I have created help files for my project and can access them via f1 key. How can I make it possible to access the same fro a menu item?

Your motive is not clear but you may first need to read your help file using StreamReader and display into a rich text box in the help form. then you can use
helpform.ShowDialog() to display the help file from menu item.

What I'v done is created help files (.hlp) with the vb help workshop and after associating them with the project they are accessible on pressing f1 key. However I'd also like to have them accessed from a menu item say mnuHelp, how do I go about this?

Just write the code you used to show the help file inside an event handler for the MenuItem's Click. You may want to set the MenuItem's ShortcutKeys to F1 instead of the keyboard event handler.
