If you are using both the usercontrols in single page means, you can call var
doc=document.GetElementById("<%=txtbxName%>");
(Or)
doc=document.GetElementById("UserControlName_txtbxName");
if you are using different page, then you can create an object and then call.
(Or)
you can create class object and then assign the Textbox value to that object and access anywhere in your application

Datetime picker and file upload controls are working fine in IE7.
Did you any css for those control? if yes means can you send that css code. I will check and tell.

Instead of listbox u can use datalist and set its property :"RepeatDirection" to 'Horizontal'.

when the data is populated in the dropdown list, set display member as ProductCode and value member of dropdown to productID. then on selectedindexchaged, retrieve the description corresponding to selected producteID and assign it to text property of textbox

What is the problem? Did you try any thing to do it?
Create a Stored Procedure which take Product Code as input and return Product Description as output. In Dropdown list SelectedIndexChanged, call the stored procedure by passing the ID and Show the output value of stored procedure in Text box.

how to solve this problem. Valudation (XHTML 1.0 Transitional): Element 'name' is not supported.
It seems like everytime i type fb:______ on asp.net it will not generate the things that i want. I added facebook development tool on vs but it still cant work. Any one can help?
